Matched audience templates for LinkedIn and Meta

Upload-ready customer list templates, with the exact column names each platform expects. Pro cleans your own list into the right format. Your list never leaves your browser.

Templates

LinkedIn contact list

People to reach, matched by email, or by name with their company.

email, firstname, lastname, employeecompany, title, country

  • At least 300 rows; LinkedIn recommends 10,000 or more emails.
  • Email, or both first and last name, on every row.
  • Country as a two-letter code: GB, US, IE.

LinkedIn company list

Companies to reach (account-based marketing), matched to their LinkedIn Pages.

companyname, companydomain, companywebsite, linkedincompanypageurl, stocksymbol, industry, city, state, companycountry, zipcode

  • At least 300 rows; LinkedIn recommends 1,000 or more companies.
  • Name, domain, website or LinkedIn Page on every row. The Page address matches best.
  • Leave any column blank if you don't have it.

Meta customer list

Customers to reach (or leave out) on Facebook and Instagram.

email, phone, fn, ln, ct, st, zip, country, dob, gen

  • At least 1,000 customers, each with an email or phone number.
  • Phone numbers with the country code: +44 7700 900123.
  • Country as a two-letter code; gender as M or F.

Only upload people who've agreed to hear from you. Meta doesn't allow health, financial or children's information, and neither platform needs anything beyond these columns.

Format your own list Pro

Load a customer list from your CRM or a spreadsheet and get upload-ready files for LinkedIn and Meta. It's read on this computer only: this page has no way to send it anywhere, and nothing is saved.

1 Load your list

Using Excel? Choose File, then Save As, then CSV UTF-8. Or copy the cells and paste them below.

How matched audiences work

You upload a list of your customers or target companies, and the platform shows your ads to the ones it can find among its members. You can also leave them out, for example to stop showing sign-up ads to people who've already signed up.

What the formatter cleans

Scrambling (hashing)

Both LinkedIn and Meta scramble your list in your browser before it's uploaded, turning each email into a code that can't be turned back but can still be matched. So you don't need to do it yourself: upload the cleaned file as it is.
